Board of Management The Foundation's activities are handled by a Board of Management consisting of four office bearers (President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer) and three Ordinary Members. All Board positions are eligible for election at each AGM and the Board may appoint Ordinary Members to fill casual vacancies between AGMs. All members of the Foundation are eligible to become Board members by ballot at the AGM and as nominated by two other members or by appointment to fill casual vacancies; with their consent being required in all cases. All Board Members and those seconded to the Committee are volunteers and receive no payment for their services less reimbursement of any approved incidental expenses from the Foundation's General Account. The current Board is made up as follows: President: Bob Breen Vice President: Gary Allan Secretary: Les Bienkiewicz Treasurer: Ian Steel Members: Paddy Ryan, Catherine Johnston, Duncan McInnes In addition, other ordinary members can be seconded (on their own concurrence) to assist with specific projects and/or provide specialised advice.
